Terms of Service
The rules and conditions governing your use of Relink.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Relink, a Shopify embedded application (“the Service”) operated by Relink (“we”, “our”, or “us”). By installing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Description of Service
Relink scans your Shopify store’s products, pages, and blog articles for broken or redirecting links. It uses AI to suggest replacement URLs and can apply fixes directly to your store content via the Shopify API.
2. Eligibility
You must have an active Shopify store to use Relink. You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to bind your business to these Terms.
3. Subscription Plans & Billing
Relink offers three plans, billed through Shopify’s billing system:
- Starter (Free) — 3 scans per month, 5 AI suggestions (lifetime), 3 fixes per month.
- Pro ($7.99/month) — Unlimited scans, unlimited AI suggestions and fixes, daily automated scans, auto-fix mode. Includes a 7-day free trial.
- Business ($19.99/month) — Everything in Pro plus twice-daily scans, global redirect URL, and priority queue processing. Includes a 7-day free trial.
Billing is handled entirely by Shopify. Charges appear on your Shopify invoice. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service to scan stores you do not own or have explicit permission to manage.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, bypass, or abuse rate limits or quota enforcement.
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of Shopify’s Partner Program Agreement.
- Resell or sublicense access to the Service.
5. AI-Generated Suggestions
Fix suggestions are generated by an AI model. These suggestions are provided for your review and are not guaranteed to be accurate. You are solely responsible for reviewing and approving any changes applied to your store. We are not liable for any content changes made to your store.
6. Data & Privacy
Your use of Relink is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
7. Service Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, third-party outages, or other events may cause temporary unavailability. We will not be liable for any losses resulting from downtime.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Relink and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data loss, or business interruption, arising from your use of the Service.
Our total aggregate liability for any claims under these Terms shall not exceed the fees you paid to us in the three months preceding the claim.
9. Intellectual Property
Relink and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Your store’s content remains your property at all times.
10. Termination
You may terminate your use of the Service at any time by uninstalling the app from your Shopify store. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, with or without notice.
Upon termination, we will delete your store’s data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
11. Changes to Terms
We may revise these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes via the app dashboard. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions.
