Free

Designed to let you experience the AI on real broken links from your own store. Limits keep model costs predictable.

  • 3 scans per calendar month. Resets at the start of every month.
  • 5 AI-generated suggestions per month. After that, Relink falls back to heuristic matches until the counter resets.
  • 100 resources per scan. Larger stores will see a truncated scan.
  • 3 manual fixes + 1 AI-applied fix per month. Enough to experience the full find → suggest → fix loop before upgrading.
  • Manual fixes, ignore, and redirect cleanup are all unlimited.

  • Unlimited scans and unlimited fixes.
  • Unlimited AI suggestions.
  • 2,500 resources per scan. Enough for almost every Shopify store.
  • 1× daily scheduled scan at the UTC hour you choose in Settings.
  • Auto-fix mode.
  • CSV export of all redirects and fix history.
Who Pro is for

Stores with 100 – 2,500 active products that have been live long enough to accumulate broken links. If you have a few dozen renames and archives per month, Pro pays for itself in a single fix session.

Business · $19.99 / month

Pro plus:

  • 50,000 resources per scan — enough headroom for the largest catalogs.
  • 2× daily scans — your chosen hour plus 18:00 UTC.
  • Global Redirect URL — set a fallback page for any unmatchable broken link.
  • Redirect-All mode — bulk redirect every broken link to your fallback.
  • Priority queue position when shared workers are busy.

Free trial

Pro and Business both include a 7-day free trial. You can cancel anytime during the trial without being charged. Trials are managed by Shopify's billing system, not by Relink — the trial countdown shows on the Billing page in the app.

Upgrading and downgrading

  1. Open BillingFrom the in-app sidebar, click Billing.
  2. Pick a planShopify's billing modal opens with the new plan's terms.
  3. ApproveShopify charges your billing method on file and the new plan takes effect immediately.

Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle, so you keep the higher-tier limits until then. Cancellations follow the same rule.

When usage resets

  • All Free plan counters — scans, fixes, AI suggestions, and the AI-applied fix — roll over at 00:00 UTC on the 1st of each calendar month.
  • Pro and Business have no caps to reset.

Payment and invoices

Relink charges through Shopify's app billing. Your monthly charge appears on your Shopify bill, not as a separate transaction. To view receipts, go to your Shopify admin → Settings → Billing.
